About

The Visual Media Laboratory was founded in 2006. Its research aims are to develop fundamental computer graphics technology and software applications for special effects & contents creation. The emphasis of VML is on balancing between technology and production to pursue practical research for VFX & animation industry.

  Jaewook Park from EA Korea has given a seminar on rendering process. His recent work includes StarCraft II(2008), Pirates of the Caribbean III(2007), the Host(2006) and King Kong(2005) as a VFX technical director.
